If the owner of a grave wants to allow someone else to be buried on their lot, they must fill out a permission letter.
This letter must be filled out first and then signed in front of a Notary Public to be valid.
Call us to get the required information as to the Lot, Section and Grave location to put on the form. Take to and sign in front of a Notary and then make a copy for yourself and mail or Fax the form to us to be filed with the records.
There are two permission letters. One is for regular Grave lots and the other one is for our Columbarium spaces.
