Below are the links for the Fire Department applications. To fill one out you may select one of the links below and print out the applications. Return the applications to the Mifflin Township Offices at 155 Olde Ridenour Rd or to Station 131 at 475 Rocky Fork Blvd. The current process is no longer accepting applications.
*One additional NTN testing date for the current hiring process is being offered in Dayton, Ohio on January 9th, 2012. The test WILL NOT be extended beyond this date. Candidates who wish to use this testing date/site should log onto the NTN website to schedule to attend the test. If any candidate has an issue please call the NTN directly or Karen Smith at (614) 471-0542.
*The NTN testing results will be certified on Monday, January 9th. We will identify the top 50 candidates and notify them accordingly. Physical agility testing for the top 50 candidates will be held on January 14th between 1000-1500 hours and January 15th between 0800-1300 hours. Candidates will be assigned a testing time within those hours. All candidates taking the physical agility test must have a waiver signed by their physician prior to testing.
