Impounded vehicles will be released after you present all of the following and pay any charges due:

1. Positive identification of the owner (driver's license or state ID card preferred)
2. If the owner is not a valid licensed driver, two valid licensed drivers.
3. Vehicle title.
4. Confirmation that the vehicle is properly registered to the owner.
5. Proof of valid liability insurance coverage for the vehicle.
