Lynn Stewart was appointed as Trustee to fulfill the balance of her late husband's (Jack L. Stewart) term. She was elected Trustee by the voters in 2009 and as a result is the first elected female Mifflin Township Trustee.

Lynn is a 1971 graduate of Gahanna and has been an active member of this community. Lynn served as a member of the City of Gahanna Charter Review Committee, as a member of the City of Gahanna Civil Service Commission, is a Trustee for the Ohio Herb Education Center and a regular volunteer for a local food pantry.

Lynn's career was spent in Information Technology. Lynn was a Senior Sales Representative of Digital Equipment Corporation, with a focus on State and Local Government. Later, Lynn was a Territory Agent for IBM and an Account Manager for MAPSYS, Inc. Lynn served as a member of IBM President's Council and was nominated as Woman of the Year by the Ohio Technology Council.
